The buildingL’immeuble

1755 Saint-Patrick is one of the buildings of the Lofts Corticelli, the 1904 red brick and stone silk mill on the Lachine Canal at the Saint-Gabriel lock that became condominiums in 1989, one of the earliest industrial conversions on this stretch of the canal. Units here carry a C prefix, since the complex is several connected wings around landscaped grounds with water channels between them. The lofts keep what people come to this kind of building for: exposed wood beams and posts, thick brick walls, ceilings a little over ten feet and tall factory windows, many looking onto the park and the lock. Common areas include a gym, a sauna and a function room, every owner has a locker, and indoor parking can be bought separately.

Worth knowing: À savoir : Conversion year given as 1988 by one source and 1989 by others. Developer of the conversion not found.
